Its structure is similar to the classic PLC but instead of a CPU and I/O cards, the MAC-3500 modules are provided with its own CPU, allowing them to operate in a separate and independent way, linked to a Modbus communication bus. The programmed functions in the modules are executed independently by each one of them, exchanging data of inputs and outputs with the other devices through a Linker module operating as communication master of the field bus.
